SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance 


New York egg prices are 8 cents higher for Extra Large and Large and 
5 cents higher for Medium.  Regional and California egg prices are steady. 
Asking prices for next week are sharply higher. The undertone is higher. 
Demand is moderate to good. Offerings are light. Supplies are light.  
Market activity is moderate to active.  Breaking stock offerings are 
very light to light on mostly fairly good demand. Breaking stock prices 
are firm to higher. Light type fowl supplies are light to moderate; processing 
schedule are normal.
